In a world filled with uncertainty, particularly within the business environment, crises such as pandemics have caused many industries to suffer major setbacks, including business closures and bankruptcy. Through this study, which identifies crucial factors influencing crisis management, such as preparedness, mitigation, and response within public listed companies, we are able to recognize key factors that impact crisis management effectiveness. Using a mixed-methods research approach that combines quantitative and qualitative methods (specifically questionnaires and semi-structured interviews), this study gathers valuable insights directly from industry professionals. Furthermore, to bridge academic research with practical commercial value, the outcome of this study led to the development of Sanctuary Consultant, a specialized consultancy service aimed at improving organizational crisis resilience. Framed using both the NABC model (Need, Approach, Benefits, Competition) and the Business Model Canvas (BMC), this consultancy offers services including customized evidence-based crisis frameworks, 24/7 hotline support, and specialized training to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency during times of crisis.
