Kala.Keping is a personal fashion accessories brand that turns timepieces into expressive bracelets built for a generation that wants to express its authentic self without compromising the values it believes in, combining wearable design, personalization, circular materials, and female artisan empowerment in one impactful and sustainable business model. We serve women aged 18-35, namely college students and young professionals who prioritize self expression, through our Re-Collection line of unique charms made from recycled plastic bottles and crafted by local female artisans, so customers get self expression and positive impact in a single product. We build long-term loyalty through regular thematic collections, after-sales service (cord and bead replacement), and Community Editions, collaborative designs created with communities. Brand storytelling and sales run through Instagram and TikTok, while hands on customization is offered at bazaars, creative markets, and entrepreneurship expos. Production is supported by a network of female artisans in partnership with Rajut Nusa, material suppliers Serat Nusa and Victory, and Elissa as our circular-material processing partner, while the return & renew program refreshes worn items instead of letting them become new waste. Impact is built in by design, about 25% of every 200 product batch uses recycled 500 ml plastic bottles, and with 3-5 batches per year, hundreds to thousands of bottles are saved annually. Revenue comes from B2C (custom co-creation and the Re-Collection trade in program) and B2B (corporate gifting), so sales growth moves in step with environmental and social impact.
