Waste separation remains a practical challenge because users often must identify and separate waste manually before disposal. GREENBIN AutoSort is a smart waste-management solution that addresses this challenge by integrating waste detection, automated sorting, touchless disposal, fill-level monitoring, and compression into a single product. Its key innovation is integrating multiple smart waste-management functions into one practical solution, enhancing convenience, efficiency, and storage capacity. The proposed product targets households, business owners, restaurants, and educational institutions, initially focusing on urban and semi-urban markets in Kedah. With an estimated total market value of RM84.63 million and a proposed selling price of RM130 per unit, GREENBIN AutoSort is positioned as an affordable and practical alternative to existing smart waste-management products. The business adopts a 4Ps (Product, Price, Place and Promotion) marketing strategy supported by shop-lot and online distribution channels, digital promotion, personal selling, and after-sales support. Financial projections indicate increasing sales and progressively improving profitability over the three years, supported by strong liquidity and an improving break-even position. Overall, GREENBIN AutoSort demonstrates promising innovation, commercial potential and financial feasibility, with potential for sustainable business growth in the smart waste-management market.
